Why We Forget Everything?

I don´t know the reason but I´m not pleased very much because of results, there is a liar but it´s not clear to who lies. Me or my brain? I´m doing at sight but actually my brain is directing me (maybe I don´t do too). This is worse than amnesia. The only word I can use is that “I don´t know” Actually in one hand it helps to forgetting bad memories, this side can be acceptable but in other hand you can´t recall what you need to use, we just  think that we´re  forgetting name of films that we watched or authors of books or name of a person who we meet previously but it´s not limited with these because we pass out even our body from our minds. Why did I say this, the explanation is that how many times  we notice to we are breathing. I´m sure in sometimes we never realize it during the all day. It´s like forgetting our heart beat too but everyone knows to Life is beautiful when you are aware actually Everything starts with a dream  open a dream first, and then act to reach it, opens doors to the crowd. In this journey, the most beautiful thing is that stop to accuse others and to be self-aware, to transform oneself then to enjoy miraculous answers given by life and do not be too quick to get angry. So beside it, let´s learn to how the scientist explain the “forgetting”

Why do we forget?  There are two simple answers to this question.

First, the memory has disappeared – it is no longer available.  Second, the memory is still stored in the memory system but, for some reason, it cannot be retrieved.

These two answers summaries the main theories of forgetting developed by psychologists.  The first answer is more likely to be applied to forgetting in short term memory, the second to forgetting in long term memory.

Forgetting information from short term memory (STM) can be explained using the theories of trace decay and displacement.

Forgetting from long term memory (LTM) can be explained using the theories of interference and lack of consolidation and more information about this topic .
