New term has started and now we have free lunches in local school.
For each day of the week we have to take special tickets called senhas de almoço.

Lunch usually consists of typical Portuguese soup, main dish, salad, bread, water, fruit and sometimes dessert. Portions are huge and range is wide (I checked menu for 1 month and noticed, that main dish never repeats!). The main surprise was that food is very healthy and well cooked compare to what we have for lunch in russian schools. Here they feed children with seafood, fish, chicken and vegetables. There is even a diet menu avaliable, but only for teachers.
