Since it’s december and the christmas atmosphere is everywhere, my flatmate had an idea to make polish national Chistmas Eve dish – polish dumplings aka. pierogi. I was amazed and somehow anxious – I have never tried to make dumplings and it looked like a serious quest. But we somehow managed to do this and in my opinion they ended up very tasty.
Dumplings are some kind of pasta dough with a various filling – it can be anything: chocolate, cheese, potatoes or, in our case, the cabbage with mushrooms.
I highly recommend you to try one of these if you had an opportunity. I think you will not be dissapointed. 🙂
