Everyday routine fever!

The New Years resolutions are pretty common, especially the “I’m going to workout and I lose weight” ones. And you know what? The monthly subsription to gym you just bought may not, hehe, work out so it is highly possible that you lose motivation after 1 or 2 months. I know why – running on a running machine looks like you are actually treading water – you literally go nowhere and the results are so slow (slower than your run) that you even doubht them. Honestly, there is a soluton and New Year’s Eve inspired me to share it to you. The solution is… dancing! Sounds weird but believe, it’s something you may like, even if your moves are rather stiff. Especially, if noone sees your boogie. Dancing can be better for you when you want to just enjoy what you are doing – dancing to a particular song makes you see your exercise as a complete task and it’s good for your brain to see that you actually completed something. Also, you can choose your own music and your own moves – whatever rocks your boat – it’s a place to use some creativity. Even if you are not the best at dancing, if you start to do this, you’ll get better. Even if not the best, still better than people who don’t dance at all. Maybe a moonwalk will be your party trick?

Take a look at the happy people dancing in the music videos and get inspired!

PS: Happy New Year Folks! Enjoy your dancing! 🙂
