Soft skills – team work

 

As you already may know there are hard as well as soft skills that might be helpful in your job. In fact it’s more difficult to get soft skills than hard one. On the list of soft skills you can find: communication skills, critical thinking, positive attitude, leadership, teamwork and so on. But in those there are much more. For example in communication skills there is also the ability to communicate by email, you need to be a good listener, speaking clearly and politely, face to face and via devices such as telephone or computer. Nonvebal communication is also as important as verbal communication. In our work communication skills are not so important because we are working on software as Camtashia, WordPress or Audacity. What you can really improve in this work is for example skills related to team work in an international environment. Despite the fact that we have different duties we have the same target and international environment can help to achieve that. In an international environment it is easy to recognize and appreciate diversity in a team. Everybody has their own experiences and skills which they can share with others.
