Second week in Portugal started with going to school. We participated in activities and presented ourselves. Not a fan of presenting myself in public, but I survived. This week we went to 3 schools. Had to listen to a lot of Portuguese and pretend to understand everything. Took some avesome photos in schools with Nuno and without him.
Nuno showed us some rock band “Tool” and their most popular song “Schism”. (Now I see Schism everywhere). While driving with him from schools to Rato we had amazing and funny conversations about almost everything.
Throughout this week I learned and am still learning to edit video. Also added to my vocabulary some Portuguese words. Learned how to open Nuno’s car doors.
In the coffee shop I tried Portuguese tea, as Nuno said “lemon rubbish tea”. It was like drinking lemon water but with one lemon peel in it.
The other day I felt like we were in my home country Latvia, because of the rain and wind. We left the Rato office and went home, but on the way home, got wet to the bones.
Also we went to Lisbon at night. It was beautiful.
