How I Lost Almost 10 Kilos in 4 Months

Olá a todos!!

I decided to write about being a skinny guy, in such a small time for me, while eating good. I have got many comments and complaints from my family, friends and people at the office about my weight. Basically, I had almost no idea until the last week. After that, I realized two things.

I was thinking to make this the first blog post without an image in the body of article or I add my sexy ripped or hench-body pictures  later 😀 But then decided to add one from Costa da Caparica and one from Faro.

So, what are these two things? 

First, I remember a documentary that I watched when I was in high school. The channel was about food, climate change, our planet, green energy etc. I was used to watch that channel almost everyday. One of the episodes was about a guy that started to eat pizza everyday to test if he could lose weight by eating the same food everyday. If you consider that food is pizza, the most blamed food about gaining weight, you can say ‘no way!’ at first. However, he was losing 1.5 kilos in a month at the end, if I am not wrong. So, I tried to find out the same guy but I ended up with another stories. Here is one personal trainer eating pizza for his all meals for 30 days and losing about 3.2 kilos. So, as a normal person who does not train as much as a PT does, it is possible to lose 1.5 kilo. 

Anyway, I love pasta, especially spaghetti, with different sauces and can eat everyday. I also like rice next to meat and other meals that are okey to eat with it. So, I am consuming pasta and rice frequently with joy. Actually, I am having them more than I used to at my home. I am trying to eat enough vegetable and meat as well. I also eat a lot of junk food like potato chips and sweets, more than ever. There are another facts that I am sometimes having my dinner super late and am not working out as much as I am used to do. BUT, I am going to the beaches that have really cold water (my favorite) of the ocean and staying long time in the water until the back of my head is getting frozen, even started to ache! I also always enjoying taking showers with cold water in summer and winter. I think this is my reason to lose body fat, so does the same for the weight, since cold water accelerates the blood speed and improves metabolic rate.

Being outside and being active a lot since there are many activities during the summertime have also impact of course but I will give more credit to cold water of the Atlantic Ocean.

So, I started to train more and hopefully will have my muscle mass again soon. I already have gained 2 kilos and my muscles started to be visible already.
