That’s me …

… Kathrin!

I’m from Vienna – Austria (and we speak the real German! – not like the Germans do..).
I’m 19 years old and I’ve a little brother (17) called Tobias.
I’ve just finished school and because I always wanted to live abroad (and had no idea what to study or work) I now started with the EVS. This is a great opportunity to spend time in a foreign country, learn the language and get to know other people & cultures. Portugal is a great country (as far as I know now, and if you survive the traffic) and the year will definitely pass too fast! And it will be all even more fun, when we are able to speak Portuguese.
Besides from my travel-obsession (I want to see every country, city, or whatever) I love doing sports (field hockey, snowboarding, bodyboarding, and maybe soon surfing when I find time to learn it here) and writing (every kind of stuff).

So we will keep you up to date – enjoy reading the news and watching photos!

PS: No Katrin & Kathrin are not the same persons, they just have a lot of things in common!
